Mr. W. Wade Porter has more than 20 years of experience handling construction litigation and commercial cases. In addition to practicing construction law, he represents clients in commercial, administrative, and professional malpractice defense matters. Wade Porter has served as the lead litigator on a number of notable, complex cases. His trial and litigation experience includes successfully representing clients before the Texas Supreme Court, Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and several U.S. District Courts. Wade Porter began his legal career as a briefing attorney with the Texas Supreme Court and served as the Managing Partner of the Austin office at Haynes and Boone, L.L.P. for five years.
