We recently welcomed Chad Simon to Allensworth and Porter from Wilentz, Goldman and Spitzer in New Jersey. His experience focuses on complex commercial litigation, including proceedings related to Article 7 and Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, and he is experienced in litigating complex securities matters.
While attending the University of Texas School of Law, Mr. Simon served as the Executive Editor of the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal, after graduating summa cum laude from Union College.
Mr. Simon is a member of the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys, the Garden State Credit Association, the Turnaround Management Association of New Jersey, and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
